Gold Humanism Lecture

The AFMC Gold Humanism Award and Lecture was created in 2018 to emphasize, reinforce and enhance the importance of humanistic qualities among medical school students and faculty.  The recipient of 2023 AFMC Gold Humanism Award is Dr. Julie Bruneau.

All Schools are Live in the AFMC Student Portal

We are pleased to announce that all Canadian schools of medicine are now live in the Portal offering almost all electives in a limited capacity. AFMC is working with the universities to expand their electives offering for the Fall of 2023.

There will be 240 orals, 76 posters and 56 workshops related to medical education featured at ICAM starting on April 15 and ending on April 18. This year’s tracks include:
