L'entente actuelle avec le fournisseur en est \u00e0 sa cinqui\u00e8me ann\u00e9e.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Apr\u00e8s examen, le Conseil d\u2019administration de l\u2019AFMC a confirm\u00e9 la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 de lancer un appel d\u2019offres pour le service de jumelage des r\u00e9sidents, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la loi canadienne et \u00e0 la proc\u00e9dure \u00e9tablie. Un comit\u00e9 d'appel d'offres pour le jumelage sera cr\u00e9\u00e9 et ses membres participeront aux discussions sur les documents d'appel d'offres avant leur publication, ainsi qu'au processus de s\u00e9lection. Ce comit\u00e9 comprendra des repr\u00e9sentants des doyens de m\u00e9decine, des doyens des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales pr\u00e9doctorales et postdoctorales, des gestionnaires des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales pr\u00e9doctorales et postdoctorales, du chef des op\u00e9rations ou du chef des finances, des experts en communications et en informatique au sein des facult\u00e9s. Les quatre f\u00e9d\u00e9rations d'apprenants, soit la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des \u00e9tudiants et des \u00e9tudiantes en m\u00e9decine du Canada (FEMC), la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration m\u00e9dicale \u00e9tudiante du Qu\u00e9bec (FMEQ), la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des m\u00e9decins r\u00e9sidents du Qu\u00e9bec (FMRQ) et M\u00e9decins r\u00e9sidents du Canada (MRC) seront \u00e9galement invit\u00e9es \u00e0 se joindre au groupe. On retiendra \u00e9galement les services d\u2019un conseiller sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 en mati\u00e8re d'\u00e9quit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L'appel d'offres devrait \u00eatre lanc\u00e9 ce printemps. Les services envisag\u00e9s ne commenceront pas avant le cycle de jumelage de 2026. Le fournisseur s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9 devra proposer un service de jumelage des r\u00e9sidents qui permettra aux candidats et aux programmes de participer \u00e0 des jumelages nationaux pour l'embauche de r\u00e9sidents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les proc\u00e9dures de l'AFMC pour passer des contrats avec des fournisseurs tiers favorisent une concurrence \u00e9quitable et ouverte.
