L'AFMC se r\u00e9jouit des investissements r\u00e9alis\u00e9s dans des domaines li\u00e9s aux d\u00e9terminants sociaux de la sant\u00e9, tels que le logement, la sant\u00e9 mentale des jeunes et un programme national d'alimentation en milieu scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que porte-parole de la m\u00e9decine et de la recherche universitaires au Canada et fi\u00e8re repr\u00e9sentante du Consortium canadien pour la recherche (CCR), l'AFMC se r\u00e9jouit \u00e9galement de l' <a href=\"https:\/\/www.budget.canada.ca\/2024\/report-rapport\/chap4-en.html#s4-1\">investissement de 1,8 milliard de dollars<\/a> sur cinq ans allou\u00e9 au financement des subventions de recherche de base et au soutien aux chercheurs canadiens, ainsi que de la cr\u00e9ation d'un nouvel organisme de financement de la recherche de base \u00e0 l\u2019appui des travaux en cours du CRSH, du CRSNG et des IRSC.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre \u00e9conomique futurs des Canadiens sont largement tributaires d'un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me de recherche en sant\u00e9 solide et de la capacit\u00e9 des nouveaux cliniciens-chercheurs \u00e0 toucher un salaire d\u00e9cent. Sans ces moteurs essentiels aux d\u00e9couvertes, nous risquons de nous laisser distancer par les pays du G7 pour ce qui est du traitement des nouvelles maladies et des innovations dans la prestation des soins de sant\u00e9. Nous passons \u00e9galement \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 des retomb\u00e9es \u00e9conomiques positives que repr\u00e9sentent ces travaux pour l'\u00e9conomie canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les investissements dans la recherche en sant\u00e9 profitent aux Canadiens de toutes all\u00e9geances politiques.
