{"id":9176,"date":"2024-02-20T09:30:42","date_gmt":"2024-02-20T14:30:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.staging.afmc.ca\/?p=9176"},"modified":"2024-02-20T09:30:43","modified_gmt":"2024-02-20T14:30:43","slug":"patient-physician-partnership-toolkit-to-help-address-the-opioid-crisis","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.afmc.ca\/fr\/patient-physician-partnership-toolkit-to-help-address-the-opioid-crisis\/","title":{"rendered":"La Trousse d\u2019outils du partenariat m\u00e9decin-patient pour aider \u00e0 lutter contre la crise des opio\u00efdes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Dans le cadre du projet de R\u00e9ponse de l\u2019AFMC \u00e0 la crise des opio\u00efdes, nous avons proc\u00e9d\u00e9, au d\u00e9but de 2023, au lancement de la Trousse d\u2019outils du partenariat m\u00e9decin-patient, en partenariat avec le Centre d'excellence sur le partenariat avec les patients et le public (CEPPP). En collaboration avec des patients experts en la mati\u00e8re (EM) du CEPPP, nous avons \u00e9labor\u00e9 un programme d\u2019\u00c9tudes m\u00e9dicales postdoctorales (EMPo) et de D\u00e9veloppement professionnel continu (DPC) sur le traitement et la prise en charge des troubles li\u00e9s \u00e0 l'usage de substances et la gestion des opio\u00efdes. Ces experts ont jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le essentiel dans l'int\u00e9gration du point de vue des patients dans les programmes et dans la co-cr\u00e9ation de la Trousse d\u2019outils du partenariat m\u00e9decin-patient, qui vise \u00e0 fournir de l\u2019information et des outils aux m\u00e9decins et aux patients pour renforcer le dialogue et la collaboration en vue d'am\u00e9liorer les soins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Afin d'\u00e9tablir des partenariats productifs entre les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et les patients, la Trousse d\u2019outils est une ressource compl\u00e8te pour les patients ayant re\u00e7u une prescription d'opio\u00efdes, les m\u00e9decins en exercice et les futurs m\u00e9decins ainsi que le public. Elle permet d\u2019en apprendre davantage sur les opio\u00efdes, la prescription d'opio\u00efdes et la prise en charge de la douleur.  Outre sa fonction d\u2019outil de discussion destin\u00e9 \u00e0 faciliter la communication lors des rendez-vous m\u00e9dicaux, la Trousse d\u2019outils aborde \u00e9galement des sujets tels que la gestion s\u00e9curitaire des m\u00e9dicaments et la confidentialit\u00e9 des patients. On y trouve \u00e9galement des t\u00e9moignages de patients.
