Nous fournissons les renseignements ci-dessous pour confirmer cet engagement aupr\u00e8s de nos \u00e9tudiants et \u00e9tudiantes, de nos r\u00e9sidentes et r\u00e9sidents et des membres du corps professoral. Nous souhaitons profiter de l\u2019occasion pour pr\u00e9senter les strat\u00e9gies existantes en vue d'un jumelage \u00e9quitable et impartial pour tous les candidats et candidates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons communiqu\u00e9 avec les vice-doyennes et vice-doyens des \u00e9tudes m\u00e9dicales postdoctorales pour mettre l'accent sur les strat\u00e9gies existantes qui garantissent l'int\u00e9grit\u00e9 du jumelage des r\u00e9sidents et r\u00e9sidentes.
