Le temps presse et nous devons agir rapidement pour prot\u00e9ger notre plan\u00e8te et pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 humaine. En tant que professionnels de la sant\u00e9, nous avons la responsabilit\u00e9 de mener la charge vers un avenir plus sain, durable et juste pour tous. Il ne s'agit pas seulement d'une possibilit\u00e9, mais d'un imp\u00e9ratif moral qui ne peut \u00eatre ignor\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La D\u00e9claration des institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9 sur la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire est une \u00e9tape cruciale vers la cr\u00e9ation d'un v\u00e9ritable changement. Elle souligne l\u2019urgence pour toutes les institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9 d'assumer la responsabilit\u00e9 de l'impact de leurs actions sur les syst\u00e8mes naturels de la plan\u00e8te. En signant la d\u00e9claration, les \u00e9tablissements s'engagent \u00e0 prendre des mesures imm\u00e9diates pour mettre fin \u00e0 l'impact n\u00e9gatif de leurs activit\u00e9s et \u00e0 adopter des mesures adaptatives et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices pour restaurer et am\u00e9liorer les \u00e9cosyst\u00e8mes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L'AFMC s'est fermement engag\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des ressources et des soutiens pour nos facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine afin qu'elles respectent les engagements de la d\u00e9claration. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un nouveau Comit\u00e9 de l'AFMC sur la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire et mondiale qui agira en tant que collectif national pour permettre et soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de la d\u00e9claration dans les facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En tant que professionnels de la sant\u00e9, nous devons nous doter des connaissances et des comp\u00e9tences n\u00e9cessaires pour faire face \u00e0 l'impact des perturbations humaines sur les syst\u00e8mes naturels de la Terre. Nos institutions peuvent prendre des mesures concr\u00e8tes pour atteindre cet objectif. Qu'il s'agisse de promouvoir des syst\u00e8mes alimentaires durables, de mettre en place des infrastructures vertes, de r\u00e9duire la consommation d'\u00e9nergie ou de soutenir la recherche sur le changement climatique et son impact sur la sant\u00e9, les possibilit\u00e9s sont infinies. Nous devons plaider pour des politiques qui favorisent la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire et collaborer avec d'autres organisations pour promouvoir la connaissance et l'action en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire. Soutenir l'autonomisation des femmes et des filles, suivre et rendre compte des progr\u00e8s accomplis dans la r\u00e9alisation de nos objectifs sont d'autres mesures cruciales que nous devons prendre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>En passant \u00e0 des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 r\u00e9sistants au climat et \u00e0 faible \u00e9mission de carbone, nous pouvons nous assurer que nos institutions ne sont pas seulement pr\u00e9par\u00e9es \u00e0 l'avenir, mais qu'elles travaillent activement \u00e0 un avenir meilleur.
