Nous sommes ravis de la r\u00e9action positive qu'elle a re\u00e7ue de la part du milieu universitaire mondial de la sant\u00e9 jusqu'\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent! La D\u00e9claration demande \u00e0 toutes les institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9 de prendre des mesures imm\u00e9diates pour mettre fin \u00e0 l'impact n\u00e9gatif de leurs activit\u00e9s sur les syst\u00e8mes naturels de la plan\u00e8te et d\u2019instaurer des mesures adaptatives et r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ratrices. Elle d\u00e9taille un plan d'action pour que les institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9 fassent progresser l'\u00e9ducation, la recherche et les activit\u00e9s de plaidoyer en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La D\u00e9claration n'est qu'un d\u00e9but et il reste encore beaucoup \u00e0 faire. L'AFMC s'est fermement engag\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des ressources et des soutiens pour nos facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine afin de respecter les engagements \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans la D\u00e9claration. Nous avons cr\u00e9\u00e9 un nouveau Comit\u00e9 de l'AFMC sur la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire et mondiale, qui agit en tant que collectif national pour permettre et soutenir la mise en \u0153uvre de la D\u00e9claration dans les facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes. Nous avons \u00e9galement ax\u00e9 notre \u00e9v\u00e9nement annuel sur invitation du Conseil d'administration de l'AFMC pendant le CIMU 2023 sur l'importance du r\u00f4le des institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9 dans la lutte contre l'impact des changements climatiques sur la sant\u00e9 par le biais de l'\u00e9ducation, de la recherche et du comportement institutionnel. Au cours de cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement, les participants ont identifi\u00e9 les moyens par lesquels leur organisation pourrait contribuer \u00e0 la mise en \u0153uvre des engagements de la D\u00e9claration sur la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire.  Nous travaillons \u00e9galement avec des organisations nationales d'apprenants pour soutenir une collaboration sur la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire avec les membres du Forum m\u00e9dical canadien afin de promouvoir une action coordonn\u00e9e. Cette collaboration devrait d\u00e9marrer au cours des prochains mois.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La D\u00e9claration est destin\u00e9e \u00e0 toutes les institutions universitaires en sant\u00e9, organisations concern\u00e9es, professionnels de la sant\u00e9 et personnes int\u00e9ress\u00e9es du monde entier, qui sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 la signer. Nous esp\u00e9rons que la D\u00e9claration inspirera le milieu universitaire de la sant\u00e9 du monde entier \u00e0 trouver des moyens, dans nos propres vies et professions, de participer aux travaux visant \u00e0 mettre en place des syst\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 durables sur le plan environnemental \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle mondiale.
