{"id":6167,"date":"2023-02-21T10:16:31","date_gmt":"2023-02-21T15:16:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.staging.afmc.ca\/?p=6167"},"modified":"2023-02-21T12:03:52","modified_gmt":"2023-02-21T17:03:52","slug":"addressing-black-health-and-wellness-in-academic-medicine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/staging.afmc.ca\/fr\/addressing-black-health-and-wellness-in-academic-medicine\/","title":{"rendered":"Aborder la question de la sant\u00e9 et du bien-\u00eatre des Noirs en m\u00e9decine universitaire"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Le Conseil d'administration de l'AFMC a approuv\u00e9 la cr\u00e9ation d'un Comit\u00e9 sur la sant\u00e9, les innovations et l'avancement des Noirs qui fournira un soutien et des conseils au Conseil d'administration de l'AFMC, par l'entremise du Comit\u00e9 permanent de l\u2019AFMC sur la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale (CPRS), sur des questions strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et au bien-\u00eatre des Noirs en m\u00e9decine universitaire.<\/strong> Le comit\u00e9 r\u00e9unira des chefs de file de toutes les facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes afin de faciliter la collaboration nationale entre celles-ci et de doter les facult\u00e9s d'outils et de solutions de pratiques exemplaires pour lutter contre le racisme syst\u00e9mique et structurel envers les Noirs. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 son travail, le Comit\u00e9 sur la sant\u00e9, les innovations et l'avancement des Noirs soutiendra l'\u00e9limination des obstacles syst\u00e9miques dans le syst\u00e8me d'\u00e9ducation m\u00e9dicale qui appuient et perp\u00e9tuent toutes les formes de racisme et de marginalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab\u202fIl s'agit d'une occasion extraordinaire pour les m\u00e9decins leaders de race noire dans leurs \u00e9tablissements m\u00e9dicaux respectifs de se r\u00e9unir, de b\u00e2tir une communaut\u00e9 et de veiller \u00e0 ce que la sant\u00e9 et le bien-\u00eatre des m\u00e9decins, des apprenants, des patients et des universitaires noirs deviennent une priorit\u00e9 \u00e9tablie de l'enseignement m\u00e9dical au Canada.\u202f\u00bb -
