L'agr\u00e9ment des facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine au Canada se trouve \u00e0 un point tournant unique depuis sa s\u00e9paration en 2021 de l'organisme d'agr\u00e9ment am\u00e9ricain, le Liaison Committee in Medical Education (LCME), un grand changement dont la mise en \u0153uvre compl\u00e8te est pr\u00e9vue pour 2025. Au niveau international, le programme de reconnaissance de la World Federation for Medical Education (WFME) et sa relation avec le certificat de l'Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) (qui sera mis en \u0153uvre d'ici 2023) pourraient changer la dynamique du personnel de sant\u00e9 mondial. Compte tenu du r\u00f4le essentiel que joue l'agr\u00e9ment dans la qualit\u00e9 du futur personnel de sant\u00e9, il est primordial de discuter d'un programme de recherche potentiel qui pourrait orienter les modifications apport\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019agr\u00e9ment et comprendre leurs impacts potentiels en d\u00e9gageant des donn\u00e9es probantes qui aideront \u00e0 diriger ces processus \u00e0 l'avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le symposium sur l\u2019agr\u00e9ment, qui se tiendra dans le contexte du CIMU le 15 avril 2023 \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, r\u00e9unira des sp\u00e9cialistes de l'agr\u00e9ment et des participants \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence int\u00e9ress\u00e9s par la question afin de poursuivre ce dialogue.  La s\u00e9ance du matin aura lieu de 10h00 \u00e0 11h30 EST et portera sur la responsabilit\u00e9 sociale dans l'agr\u00e9ment et r\u00e9unira un groupe de pan\u00e9listes internationaux.
