L'AFMC a en r\u00e9serve de grands projets pour son premier Congr\u00e8s international de m\u00e9decine universitaire (CIMU). Ce rassemblement international de premier plan est consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine universitaire. LE CIMU sera un congr\u00e8s d'une port\u00e9e et d'une r\u00e9putation in\u00e9gal\u00e9es au Canada, offrant des occasions uniques de r\u00e9seautage et de partage de travaux d'\u00e9rudition en \u00e9ducation m\u00e9dicale et en recherche en sant\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le CIMU a \u00e9t\u00e9 con\u00e7u pour favoriser le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel de tous les intervenants du domaine de la m\u00e9decine universitaire. Nous proposerons un programme vari\u00e9 avec plus de 300 pr\u00e9sentations (ateliers, pr\u00e9sentations orales et par affiches) sur les questions les plus pressantes de la m\u00e9decine universitaire, ainsi que sept s\u00e9ances pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res passionnantes. Le programme du CIMU se compose de trois jours consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 la recherche en sant\u00e9, de trois jours consacr\u00e9s \u00e0 l'enseignement m\u00e9dical et d'une journ\u00e9e ax\u00e9e sur des th\u00e8mes internationaux, notamment l\u2019initiative Une seule sant\u00e9, la planification du personnel de sant\u00e9 et la sant\u00e9 plan\u00e9taire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Le CIMU mettra particuli\u00e8rement l'accent sur les apprenants. \u00c9tudiants en m\u00e9decine, r\u00e9sidents, \u00e9tudiants dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s et chercheurs post-doctoraux auront l'occasion de pr\u00e9senter leurs travaux, de r\u00e9seauter avec leurs pairs et de rencontrer des mentors. Nous sommes heureux d'offrir un nouveau salon de l\u2019emploi con\u00e7u pour permettre aux apprenants de se faire conna\u00eetre des programmes de r\u00e9sidence des facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes et des employeurs potentiels. Le CIMU 2023 sera \u00e9galement le lieu d'accueil de l'assembl\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rale du printemps de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration des \u00e9tudiants et des \u00e9tudiantes en m\u00e9decine du Canada (FEMC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le CIMU offrira de nombreuses possibilit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage avec des coll\u00e8gues canadiens ainsi qu'avec des meneurs internationaux de la sant\u00e9. L'AFMC a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un programme international de d\u00e9veloppement du leadership des doyens afin d\u2019appuyer le d\u00e9veloppement professionnel des doyens de m\u00e9decine et des sciences de la sant\u00e9 du monde entier. Ce programme se terminera par une rencontre en personne au CIMU.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nous sommes fiers de respecter la charte Patients Included\u2122 pour le CIMU. Entre autres choses, les patients ou les soignants participent activement \u00e0 la conception et \u00e0 la planification de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement et b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient d\u2019un appui pour participer directement \u00e0 la conf\u00e9rence gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 notre programme de bourses. La bourse contribue aux frais de voyage, aux repas et couvre l'inscription sur place. Nous sommes \u00e9galement heureux d'accueillir des patients partenaires en tant qu\u2019animateurs lors de nos pl\u00e9ni\u00e8res.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Le CIMU se tiendra \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec du 13 au 18 avril 2023, au Centre des congr\u00e8s de Qu\u00e9bec. La programmation de base se d\u00e9roulera sur cinq jours, du jeudi au mardi, ce qui permettra de tenir des r\u00e9unions d'affaires avant et apr\u00e8s le congr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
