Le manuel de simulation fait partie int\u00e9grante du projet car il am\u00e9liorera l'exp\u00e9rience d'apprentissage pratique en utilisant des sc\u00e9narios m\u00e9decin-patient fond\u00e9s sur des cas. Le manuel de simulation compl\u00e9tera le programme de formation aux niveaux de l\u2019EMPo et du DPC qui est en phase finale d'\u00e9laboration dans le cadre du projet de R\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la crise des opio\u00efdes.  Il sera fourni gratuitement aux 17 facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Le manuel de simulation contient six sc\u00e9narios bas\u00e9s sur des cas qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pilot\u00e9s d'avril 2022 \u00e0 septembre 2022 dans les \u00e9tablissements canadiens suivants : Universit\u00e9 de Calgary, Universit\u00e9 Western et Universit\u00e9 d'Ottawa. Plus de 40 m\u00e9decins r\u00e9sidents des \u00e9tablissements affili\u00e9s ont particip\u00e9 \u00e0 ce projet pilote.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>L'objectif du pilote \u00e9tait de tester et de renforcer les sc\u00e9narios fond\u00e9s sur des cas. Des commentaires sp\u00e9cifiques ont \u00e9t\u00e9 re\u00e7us sur plusieurs \u00e9l\u00e9ments du manuel de simulation, notamment sur la clart\u00e9 des instructions, les modifications apport\u00e9es au script et les conseils suppl\u00e9mentaires sur l'utilisation du manuel dans diff\u00e9rents contextes et lieux de pratique. Les participants au projet pilote ont \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionn\u00e9s par les sc\u00e9narios, car ils abordaient des sujets rarement soulev\u00e9s, et ont trouv\u00e9 que le contenu des sc\u00e9narios \u00e9tait clair et complet. Des suggestions pr\u00e9cieuses ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 faites pour renforcer le manuel de simulation avant son lancement officiel.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Les commentaires des trois \u00e9tablissements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 compil\u00e9s et seront \u00e9valu\u00e9s et int\u00e9gr\u00e9s par le CRMCC et le projet de R\u00e9ponse \u00e0 la crise des opio\u00efdes afin de renforcer la version finale du manuel.
