dialogue entre les meneurs noirs, les \u00e9tudiants noirs et autres intervenants du secteur de l'\u00e9ducation m\u00e9dicale au Canada, afin de favoriser les initiatives visant \u00e0 promouvoir la justice sociale, \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques et \u00e0 favoriser des environnements de soins de sant\u00e9 inclusifs et \u00e9quitables pour tous.\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Activit\u00e9s en cours\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>Comit\u00e9 sur la sant\u00e9, les innovations et <\/em><em>l\u2019avancement des Noirs (CSIAN)\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Le CSIAN vise \u00e0 apporter des changements positifs dans le paysage de l\u2019enseignement m\u00e9dical canadien en r\u00e9unissant les meneurs noirs des facult\u00e9s et des \u00e9coles de m\u00e9decine, de m\u00eame que des institutions m\u00e9dicales canadiennes, en collaborant avec d\u2019autres meneurs de l\u2019enseignement m\u00e9dical, en d\u00e9fendant la justice sociale et l\u2019antiracisme, en prenant des mesures pour \u00e9liminer les barri\u00e8res syst\u00e9miques et en favorisant des
