et le mieux-\u00eatre des peuples autochtones en veillant \u00e0 ce que les facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes r\u00e9pondent aux appels \u00e0 l\u2019action de la Commission de v\u00e9rit\u00e9 et r\u00e9conciliation, en formant davantage de professionnels de la sant\u00e9 autochtones et en s\u2019engageant \u00e0 cr\u00e9er des milieux de travail et d\u2019apprentissage s\u00fbrs pour les \u00e9tudiants, les enseignants et les employ\u00e9s autochtones.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2140ff1 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2140ff1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" cours\u00a0:<\/strong>\u00a0<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><i>Comit\u00e9 de l\u2019AFMC sur la sant\u00e9 des Autochtones\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Ce comit\u00e9 facilite la collaboration \u00e0 l'\u00e9chelle nationale entre les facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes et apporte son soutien et ses conseils au Conseil d'administration de l'AFMC sur les questions strat\u00e9giques et op\u00e9rationnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la m\u00e9decine universitaire et plus particuli\u00e8rement \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 des Autochtones.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><i>Rapport sur l\u2019Engagement conjoint \u00e0 agir pour la sant\u00e9 des Autochtones\u00a0<\/i><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Entrepris en 2019, le <span style=\"color: #467886;\"><u><a href=\"https:\/\/www.afmc.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/AFMC_Position_Paper_JCAIH_FR.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Rapport sur l\u2019Engagement conjoint \u00e0 agir pour la sant\u00e9 des Autochtones (ECASA)<\/a><\/u><\/span> fournit une feuille de route visant \u00e0 apporter des changements institutionnels concrets qui permettront aux facult\u00e9s de m\u00e9decine canadiennes de r\u00e9pondre aux appels \u00e0 l'action de la Commission de V\u00e9rit\u00e9 et R\u00e9conciliation et de s'acquitter de leur mandat de responsabilit\u00e9 sociale en ce qui concerne la sant\u00e9
